Westworks Procurement Limited has established an £11 billion DPS agreement for the provision of works and services for the maintenance, improvement, conversion, upgrading, regeneration and refurbishment of dwelling houses, flats, sheltered schemes, sheltered accommodation, commercial and communal facilities, corporate property, and similar buildings.  Contractors have access to the Efficiency East Midlands supply chain for materials through the collaboration agreement, ensuring competitive rates.

This framework has 12 lots;

Lot 1 - Kitchen/Bathroom Installation (including Commercial Catering Equipment Installation, Repair and Maintenance, Supply)
Lot 2- Electrical Installations and Testing, Emergency Lighting, Portable Appliance Testing
Lot 3- Gas Installation and Servicing, Including Gas Servicing Auditing
Lot 4- Roofing (including Flat and Pitched Roofing, Roofing Repairs, Flat to Pitch Conversion, Novel Roofing Systems Installation, Roofline Remedial and Maintenance Works)
Lot 5- Groundworks (including Paving, Drainage, Street Furniture and Remodelling Works, etc)
Lot 6- Insulation and Remedials (including External Insulation Installation and Maintenance, Insulation and Cavity Insulation Clearing and Reinstatement)
Lot 7- Damp Proofing/Waterproofing
Lot 8- Window and Door Installations (including Access, Egress and Fire Escapes)
Lot 9- Decorations (Internal and External)
Lot 10- M&E and Building Engineering Services
Lot 11 - General Building (including Multi-Workstream Projects and Maintenance Services)
Lot 12 - Compliance with Statutory Requirements (Water Safety, Asbestos Survey and Removal, FRA)
